If you are not satisfied with your POWERFIRE Flamethrower, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories. Used or damaged items may be subject to a restocking fee or refund denial.
Email contact@powerfirellc.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions within 1 business day.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
